A new criminal complaint was filed this week against the neoliberal president of Argentina, Javier Milei, the Secretary General of the Presidency, Karina Milei; and the president of the Chamber of Deputies, Martín Menem, together with his cousin Eduardo Menem, about the existence of an illegal association to divert public funds through irregular contracts in the National Disability Agency (ANDIS).

According to information from the Argentine press, the lawsuit, filed in the federal courts of Comodoro Py in Buenos Aires, comes after the release of a series of audios.

In the recordings, it was possible to identify how the voice of Diego Spagnuolo, head of ANDIS and former personal lawyer of President Milei, describes in detail an alleged mechanism of corruption.

According to the indictment, the scheme would involve Droguería Suizo Argentina S.A., a pharmaceutical company linked to the family of the president of the Chamber of Deputies.

The objective would have been to award million-dollar contracts for the supply of medicines without following the public tender procedures required by Argentine law. The funds affected were earmarked for assistance programs for approximately 1.5 million people with disabilities in the country.
