Bolivarian Government delivered 2,000 electronic kits to the Petare Educational Complex

The Minister of Popular Power for Science and Technology, Gabriela Jiménez, announced through her Telegram channel the delivery of 2,000 electronic kits from the Small Engineers Agenda of the National Scientific Seed Program at the Leonardo Infante Industrial Educational Complex, in Petare, Miranda state.
“The kits include electronic cards with more than 30 sensors, which allow them to learn programming autonomous systems, bringing students closer to the world of engineering, electronics and programming,” he said, adding that 21 states will receive these equipment, to strengthen technical and scientific teaching in schools in the country.
The minister stressed that the objective is to deliver 30,000 kits in a first phase, for the benefit of 100,000 students and training 5,000 teachers, in order to promote vocations in engineering, mathematics and science.
The event was attended by the sector vice-president of Science, Technology, Ecosocialism and Health, Dr. Isabel Iturria; the sectoral vice-president of Social and Territorial Development, Héctor Rodríguez; and the governor of the state of Miranda, Elio Serrano.
