The governor of the state of Miranda, Elio Serrano, reported the delivery of 75 credits to the entity's condominiums as part of the Venezuela Renace Plan, during a visit led by the President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, who was delivering housing in La Guaira.

“Today, there is another demonstration of love for the country and for the Venezuelan people after suffering what was this double earthquake of June 24. We vindicate all the work and work that the Venezuela Renace Plan has been doing,” said Serrano.

Serrano indicated that the loans benefit condominiums in the Plaza, Zamora, Guaicaipura, Sucre, Chacao, Baruta, El Hatillo and Brión municipalities. He also expressed the expectation of continuing to finance all the condominiums in the state that were affected by the double earthquake.

The regional president explained that, after carrying out 11,000 inspections across the state, 1,500 buildings were counted on yellow alert and 700 on red alert. He pointed out that, after laborious work, at least 80 affected buildings are already being serviced in the entity and that attention is expanding with the delivery of these funds.

The spokeswoman for the Nueva Casarapa condominiums, Marlyn Quero, appreciated the opportunity to receive the resources. “It will allow us to improve the quality of life of everyone who lives there. Thank you very much for this opportunity and may this be repeated in the other condominiums that are missing,” he said.
