The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, delivered this Saturday another 1,157 homes rehabilitated through the Venezuela Renace Plan in La Guaira, Caracas and Miranda, affected by the earthquakes recorded last June 24.

“With the Venezuela Renace Plan, we are intervening more than 21,000 homes. This will benefit 87,000 people, but today we are delivering 1,157 rehabilitated homes (...) 4,500 people who are returning home. What a thrill for those people who can return home today,” said the president from the state of La Guaira.

He recalled that, to date, 1,153 new homes and 580 single-family transitional homes have also been delivered, “where we are already taking people from the camps. I have aspired and I hope that by the end of the year there will be no more people left in the camps, that all the families have been transferred,” he emphasized.
