Comprehensive care for the 70 families housed in the transitional camp of the Juan Antonio Pérez Bonalde District Educational Unit, in the Sucre parish of Caracas, is maintained with a permanent deployment of health, food, recreation and social protection services, as part of the response to the effects caused by the earthquakes that occurred in June.

During a day of accompaniment, the sectoral vice-president of Communication and Culture, Miguel Ángel Pérez Pirela, toured the space enabled to serve families, where the registration of projects is also being developed with the purpose of promoting alternative livelihood while actions are progressing to guarantee a definitive housing solution.

“We continue to accompany and do our best in the transitory camp of the U. E. D. Juan Antonio Pérez Bonalde in Catia, providing comprehensive care to our people affected by the earthquakes of last June,” he said.

These actions are part of the deployment coordinated by the National Executive to care for families affected by the earthquake, with the participation of various institutions that maintain assistance, protection and support tasks while definitive solutions are being developed for those who lost their homes.
