Cabello about the Consultation: There are states that exceeded 35% of the electoral roll in participation

The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, reported that during the National Popular Consultation that took place this weekend, “there are states that exceeded 35% of the electoral roll in participation.”

Also, during the PSUV press conference, he highlighted the support and mobilization of the Grassroots Committees during this People's election day.

“We, always reviewing self-critically, reviewing the numbers, the participation, set; the President sent us a goal of 20 colleagues per Base Committee, the active party, we even went a little beyond 20 and set a goal of 30 per Base Committee, and well, our People moved,” he said.

He reaffirmed that this shows “that the structure of this party is under the rule of the People's Power, this party is at the command of the popular base in any corner of our country”.
