The Secretary General of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, this Monday, March 16, emphasized that the extremist right wing sector has mocked the projects promoted by Popular Power for many years.

“This stupid right wing makes fun of the projects that the people are doing,” he said in the Valera municipality in the state of Trujillo, on the occasion of the tour of the Chávez y Maduro Municipal Circuit forever.

In this regard, as an example, he mentioned that the right wing, when pointing out the resources allocated to a community for an outpatient clinic or any other necessary work, they claim that it is the Government that should be responsible for these infrastructures, to which Cabello stressed: “The Government is the People, but they don't understand this.”

“Because they were used to it, the same stupid right wing is used to Neighborhood Associations, those who had the right to be organized are the people who had money (money),” he stressed.

Cabello added that this right wing lives in an urbanization, “it was capable of closing the housing estate so that no one else would enter, but the popular organization always, always, not only underestimated it, but they condemned it.”

In this context, he indicated that currently throughout the national territory the Communes, the popular organization of social movements, are flourishing, “the creative work that really makes us feel good.”

He explained that the point is that communities are the ones who actually know their needs, so it was the case that the bureaucrats wanted to build a staircase when the need, for example, was the water service.

“This effort that has been made to give resources to the Communes so that they can solve their problems themselves helps the People, but also the governor and the mayor,” he stressed.
