Cabello on opposition extremism: They are the same and we will continue to defeat them

On the night of this Wednesday, May 27, the general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, when referring to the extremist right, stated that “they are the same and we will continue to defeat them.”

In his Con El Mazo Dando program, he noted that after the coup d'etat of April 11, 2002, Commander Hugo Chávez called for dialogue.

“Commander Chávez summoned those who gave and promoted the coup d'etat. Here came the Organization of American States (OAS) and the Carter Center,” he recalled and pointed out that this process was sabotaged by the opposition leaders who soon after promoted the oil strike in a new attempt to overthrow the Bolivarian Revolution.

“The opposition is the same and they're going to make the same mistakes. They are the same! So they say they are new or new. they are the same!” , he said. and pointed out that “the good thing is that since they are the same we have 27 years of knowing and defeating them”.

“Aren't the people at SÚMATE the same as they are right now? Has Julio Borges changed? , (Antonio) Ledezma? The Sayona? And those who arrived in 2007 don't even show up because they became great thieves among them. They all grew old politically, tired they are always predictable,” he said.
