Cabello Rondón described Special Military Exercises as extraordinary across the country

The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, described as extraordinary the Special Military Exercises carried out throughout the country this past weekend.

“On Saturday, the Organs for Integral Defense (ODI) were convened in all municipalities in all the states of Venezuela, where three fundamental lines were established for verification and review: command, control and communication,” said Cabello Rondón, during the press conference of the National Directorate of the PSUV.

He reiterated that these are the fundamental lines of any operation, whether civil, military or political. “The Command Unit is one of the fundamental reasons why we remain united, we have a command unit, there are neither 5 nor 10, we have a single command where instructions are issued,” said Cabello Rondón.

As for control, he said that it means that no one can walk on their own doing isolated tasks, because “everything has to be part of a big operation, with a plan”.

Meanwhile, in the line of communication, he argued that before it was said that whoever had information had the power, but “practice has shown that it is the other way around, whoever knows how to manage information, delivering it, distributing it to act, that's where the power is”.

“Every action must have an expedited way of communication, of interaction, ” he added.
