President in Charge announced actions to build a new digital State, transparent, modern, efficient and professional

The president in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, announced the creation of a commission to determine the strategic nature of resources in the country, made up of the State, the private sector and the People's Power, and the hydrocarbon industry is excluded, since it will be governed by its own legal instrument.
The announcement was made from the Miraflores Palace, where, in offering a special message to the Nation, he proposed a series of measures to promote a new Venezuelan State.
When referring to the issue of hydrocarbons, he emphasized that “those who dream of privatizing, for example, PDVSA, to hand over to transnational powers, are simply wrong and will find themselves with the strength of a people determined to defend their resources and nature.”
In this regard, he ordered the installation of the National Economic Council to receive a proposal in the order of a new, more efficient tax model, to promote technological platforms that would allow progress in this area.
He requested that a new consensus tax model come out of the National Economic Council.
During the ceremony, the president in charge signed and was enacted the Organic Law for the Acceleration and Optimization of Administrative Procedures and Procedures.
He also argued that a new, transparent and efficient digital State institutionality is essential.
Another measure, announced, is to promote the recovery of all financial assets abroad that will be used to wage development and service improvements for the sovereign wealth funds created.
He also instructed the competent authorities in the matter to review and improve all matters in terms of social protection “for our young people and grandparents, I ask the authorities to rethink the registration of knowledge and professions of young people”.
Another matter is the reform related to the real estate market, since there are currently half a million frozen homes.
