Diosdado Cabello, during his Con El Mazo Dando program, summarized in murdered young people, bankrupt banks and rich bankers, the management of right-wing governments for more than 40 years of the Fourth Republic.

“Murdered young people, bankrupt banks and rich bankers, and 7 years later who paid the money to the savers, the swindled and those who wanted to kick in the ball? Hugo Chavez! , 'The Bad and the Perverse' by Hugo Chávez. And those same people came out later saying: 'Chávez wants to take my house away from me', because they put the propaganda in people's heads and they ended up believing that they would take one child from him if he had two,” he recalled.

The Secretary General of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) recalled that many of these fugitive bankers from Venezuela ended up in the United States, being protected by the governments of that country, such as Nelsón Mezerhane, whom he described as murderers and criminals, who live threatening “to come to Venezuela to continue stealing from the people.”
