This Wednesday, April 22, the sectoral vice-president for Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, highlighted that the humblest people are those who have suffered with great force the impact of the more than a thousand sanctions that today weigh on Venezuela .

“Especially the humblest peoples have suffered the impact of Unilateral Coercive Measures against our country, which amount to more than a thousand measures and something,” he denounced during the Meeting for a Venezuela in Peace and Free of Sanctions, in Cojedes.

He specified that the application of sanctions has an impact on any country in the world, “even if it is a power; let's imagine a small country like Venezuela, a country that has been dedicated for years to oil extraction as its main source of income (...) when you are closed the largest company you have for income, in this case the oil industry, it causes a terrible impact for all Venezuelans; and I repeat in the humble sectors with more force”.

On the other hand, he highlighted the pride he feels to be reunited with the people of Cojedeño in the framework of the Great Pilgrimage for a Venezuela free of sanctions, convened by the president in charge, Delcy Rodríguez. At the same time, he specified that he will soon be visiting again to activate the Peace Quadrants in that entity.
