Cabello: The Peace Quadrants must be at the service of the People

The sectoral vice-president of Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, said that the Peace Quadrants must be at the service of the People.

“There they are, they are real, they are not lies. It's a real Peace Quadrant, it's not a folder, it's not a computer one, and do we have to make it work depending on whom? Del Pueblo,” said Cabello during the Adaptation of the Peace Quadrants in Guárico.

Cabello stressed that security officials are friends of the people and that the territorial management model must work with the direct participation of communities.

He explained that the instructions for officials are clear: attend and accompany school institutions along their journey.

“If they are passing through a community and on their route they have a school, they have the instruction, because I have given it and that's the way it is: they stop at school, get out of the vehicle, enter the school, greet the principal, greet the teachers and greet the children, because if we have anything to take care of in this country, it's boys and girls,” he emphasized.

Cabello also highlighted the historic growth of applications for admission to the National Experimental Security University (UNES).

“Believe it or not, I do believe it: today, applications to join UNES have broken all records. We went from 7,000 requests to more than 32,000 requests,” he said.
