Cabello: The People are asking for only one thing, the lifting of sanctions and living in peace

The sectoral vice-president for Politics, Public Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, accompanied the people of Tachira at the beginning of the pilgrimage for the lifting of sanctions against the country.

From the Andean entity, and accompanied by the governor, Freddy Bernal, Cabello highlighted the faith of the Venezuelan people, who are mobilizing today at the national level and “asking for only one thing: the lifting of sanctions and living in peace; it's something simple, we have repeated it for years.”

He also recalled that the imposition of sanctions has only “affected the quality of life of all Venezuelans, beyond any political flag.” In addition, he specified that these must be lifted without any conditions.

“It's time for the paths of the road, of recognition, but also respect, respect to recognize majorities and to recognize minorities,” he said, while explaining that “when this call was made, the opposition sectors were invited, the business sectors were invited”, highlighting, in this sense, the inclusion of all sectors in this pilgrimage.

“We are going to work, we are going to work to make Venezuela free, prosperous... Today it flies free and must continue to fly free,” he said.
