The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, emphasized that under any circumstance revolutionaries must remain more united and more cohesive than ever.
During the mobilization in the framework of the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the enactment of the Organic Law of Community Councils, from the center of Caracas, Cabello insisted on the need to prevent the counterrevolution from creating fissures in the structures of the Bolivarian Revolution.
“This march may be slow but it is still our march, let's leave no room for doubt and we are all united to move forward. We are the only ones who guarantee it, not right now, but for many years,” he said.
He recalled that those who promoted the theft of social benefits from Venezuelans today want to convince workers, workers, peasants, who want to work for their good.
In that sense, he quoted a phrase from Commander Chávez, which the priest San Mateo said: “'No matter how much you get tongued up, 'the bulge of hypocrisy, of immorality, of those who are waiting to give a slap to the people.”
Cabello affirmed that the conscience and commitment of the People is the greatest thing, the most valuable thing that the Bolivarian Revolution has.
