The Venezuelan duo formed by Camila Obando and Cristina Gómez was crowned champion in the Women's Table Tennis Doubles category at the XIII South American Games Santa Fe 2026, after a resounding victory of 3 sets to 1 over the Chilean pair of Daniela Ortega and Paulina Vega.

Obando and Gómez demonstrated a superlative level at every point, keeping their cool in the face of pressure and executing precise blows that dislocated their Chilean opponents, who had to settle for the silver medal.
