CANTV reported more than 98% effectiveness in incident care in Delta Amacuro

Between January and August 2026, CANTV dealt with nearly 1,400 fault reports channeled through the VenApp of the 1x10 Good Governance System in Delta Amacuro, achieving 98.17% effectiveness in resolving cases registered in the municipalities of Tucupita and Casacoima.
According to a press release from the company, the technical crews carried out work in communities such as Paloma, La Horqueta, Hacienda del Medio, Coporito, Carapal, San Rafael, Rómulo Gallegos, Carapal de Guara, El Triunfito and La Sierra, among other locations.
The services included corrective maintenance of the networks, replacement of sleeves, cable laying, reconstruction of splices and connectivity tests, according to reported incidents.
Félix González, coordinator of the Rómulo Gallegos community, in the José Vidal Marcano parish of the Tucupita municipality, highlighted the effectiveness of the VenApp as a channel for channeling requirements, as well as the speed of the CANTV technical team in responding to reports and the subsequent return of telecommunications services.
