President (E) Rodríguez announces agreement with the United States that facilitates the flow of investments in strategic infrastructure

The president in charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez announced “a historic agreement with the Government of the United States” for the reconstruction of energy infrastructure.

From his digital channels, he explained that the agreement “will have a significant impact on the rebirth of our nation. This initiative is the product of the strengthening of the relationship between Venezuela and the United States, and will facilitate a significant flow of investment aimed at the recovery and reconstruction of strategic infrastructure for the development of our hydrocarbon industry.”
