CENDIT inspects Julio Calcaño Industrial Technical School in Catia

The scientific volunteering of the Ministry of Popular Power for Science and Technology (MINCYT) consolidated a new technical deployment for infrastructure evaluation, through the National Center Foundation for Development and Research in Telecommunications (CENDIT), as part of the Presidential Commission for the Evaluation of Housing Habitability and General Infrastructure.

This time, the inspection was carried out at the Robinsonian Industrial Technical School (ETIR) Julio Calcaño, located in Catia, Sucre parish in Caracas.

In the press release of the ministerial portfolio, it is detailed that the experts assessed the magnitude of the damage caused to the house of studies as a result of the double earthquake of last June 24.

These tasks make it possible to evaluate the conditions of the infrastructures to continue the renovations that were being carried out within the framework of the comprehensive recovery project of the Industrial Technical School.
