President Rodríguez arrived in Venezuela after her participation in the UN: We are happy with the mission accomplished

This Thursday, September 24, the President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, arrived in Venezuela, from New York, United States, where she participated in the 81st session of the General Assembly of the United Nations (ONI).

In a video published on the networks, she said that during a tour to evaluate the electrical situation from the National Center for Dispatch of Electric Power in Caracas, the president commented that “we arrived a few hours from New York after our participation in the United Nations General Assembly, we are happy as a delegation for the mission accomplished.”

“I already had an agenda with Vice President Anabel, with Jorge Rodríguez, Diosdado Cabello, reviewing all the issues and we came here to the country's National Electric Power Dispatch Center, just seeing the high temperatures,” he said.

In this context, he pointed out that the high electricity demand of more than 16,400 megawatts has not occurred in the country since 2017, “this is closely associated with very high temperatures.”

The head of state called on citizens to collaborate in saving energy, “we are going to be able to mitigate much more what is the effect of the Super Child. Together to work and never faint.”

“Greetings to all of Venezuela. Happy to be back, happy to meet again with the Venezuelan people and to continue walking on this path that is for happiness and well-being,” he said.
