CICPC captured two extortionists in San Vicente de Aragua

Members of the Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations Corps (CICPC) managed to capture two individuals involved in the crime of extortion.

According to information published by the general director of this body, Douglas Rico, the members of the Extortion Investigations Division, these individuals were members of the criminal gang Los Negritos de San Vicente and were involved in the extortion of more than 30 companies in the state of Aragua.

“The detainees were identified as Alexander Enrique Mirelles Crespo (27) (a) El Ruso and José Jesús Villamizar Ramírez (46) (a) Chuchu, who were responsible for collecting vaccines required by members of this criminal gang from merchants in the state of Aragua, creating anxiety in the communities,” Rico explained .
