CICPC dismantled illegal dental office in Anzoátegui

Members of the Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations Corps (CICPC), attached to the Municipal Delegation of Barcelona (Anzoátegui), dismantled a clandestine office led by Arthur Jhon Portillo Alarcon.
According to information published on the web portal of the newspaper Úlmas Noticias, Portillo practiced dental medicine illegally, offering specialized treatments without proper health regulation.
According to the publication, the procedure was carried out after receiving several complaints from the community and upon entering the site, the authorities found that Arthur was performing advanced dental procedures, specifically the installation of equipment, without having a dental degree.
