CNE activated system to verify voting centers for the 12J Popular Consultation

To facilitate popular participation in the second National Popular Consultation of 2026, the National Electoral Council (CNE) enabled a digital consultation system.

Through this technological tool, voters can verify their voting center enabled to exercise suffrage, in accordance with their respective communal circuit.

To access the platform, the user must access the page https://consultapopular.cne.gob.ve/ where, in a simple way, they can obtain detailed information.

In this way, according to Venezolana de Televisión (VTV), voters will be able to see the list of infrastructure, public services and socio-productive development projects presented by grassroots organizations in their respective sectors.

The automated platform was designed to streamline the flow of voters at the voting centers designated for the event.

In the next elections, the inhabitants of 5,418 communes and communal circuits will participate to decide between 37,194 community infrastructure and public service projects at the national level.
