CNE began training for board members of the second popular consultation

The process of forming board members and the electoral commission of the neighborhood circuit for the Second National Popular Consultation 2026 began this Monday, June 15 and will last until July 10, as reported by the National Electoral Council (CNE).

This training will be carried out virtually and is mandatory to obtain the necessary credential. The first step of training is to access the ECAP platform, through the link provided by the electoral authority: https://ecapconsulta.cns.org.ve:9443/

As a second step, you should consult the instructions attached to the ECAP system, which facilitates hassle-free registration.
