The National Electoral Council (CNE) of Venezuela activated its digital consultation platform for the First National Popular Consultation 2026, whose voting day is scheduled for this Sunday, March 08.

The mechanism allows citizens to verify their voting center and examine the catalog of projects proposed within their respective Community Circuits.

The official information from the electoral body, as reported by AVN, indicates that the objective is to facilitate access to technical information prior to voting.

Voters can access the data through the official domain consultapopular.cne.gob.ve. When you enter the identity card number, the system returns the exact location of the assigned voting station and the detailed list of community proposals that will be submitted for election in your geographical area.

The consultation of March 08 is part of the policy of direct management of resources by organized communities. According to the Ministry for the Communes, the proposed projects cover areas of public services, infrastructure, health and education, which have been previously discussed in citizen assemblies.

The CNE, acting as the governing body of the Electoral Power, provides technical and logistical support to ensure the transparency of the process. The authorities have urged the population to carry out prior verification to speed up the flow of participants during the next Sunday.
