CORPOELEC corrective and preventive maintenance will strengthen Bolívar's electrical system

The National Electric Corporation (Corpoelec), in compliance with the permanent deployment to keep the system in optimal condition, will carry out a series of preventive and corrective works this weekend in the municipalities of Angostura del Orinoco, Caroní, Piar and Bolivarian Angostura in the state of Bolívar.
This Saturday, March 14, from 6:00 to 10:00 in the morning, comprehensive maneuvers will be carried out at the Cayaurima substation, with the purpose of benefiting users of the Vista Hermosa parish.
That same day, in Ciudad Bolívar, deployment will continue from 5:00 to 11:00 in the morning at the Farallones substation, where power equipment will be energized to strengthen the electrical system in the Agua Salada, José Antonio Páez and Sabanita parishes.
On Sunday, March 15, between 6:00 and 8:00 in the morning, a specialized crew will carry out corrective work at the Upata substation, with the objective of strengthening service in sectors of the Piar municipality.
Simultaneously, from 6:30 to 8:30 in the morning, maneuvers will be carried out on the 115 kV Macagua-Chirica-San Félix line to guarantee energy stability in sectors of the Chirica and Simón Bolívar parishes.
Finally, starting at 6:00 in the morning, for an estimated time of eight hours, the Corpoelec team will carry out strategic actions on the Guri-Altamira line, in order to offer a stable and quality electricity service to the inhabitants of the parish of Santa Bárbara, in the Bolivarian municipality of Angostura.
This technical approach aims to strengthen the electrical infrastructure of Bolívar state through efforts aimed at optimizing service continuity and ensuring the reliability of the National Electric System (SEN).
