The National Electric Corporation (CORPOELEC) installed 60 transformers in communities in the state of Zulia, as part of a direct response to citizen reports channeled through the VenApp Line, which made it possible to improve electricity service in 21 municipalities, which benefited more than 1,200 families.

The tasks were carried out by technical crews that were deployed simultaneously in different sectors, where they met user requests and guaranteed the operability of distribution systems, reported the Ministry of People's Power for Electric Energy (MPPEE), in a note published on its website.

The approach included previous diagnoses and the replacement of deteriorated equipment, with the objective of stabilizing supply in prioritized areas.

The VenApp Line, a platform promoted by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, has been key in the articulation between organized communities and State institutions.

With this day, progress is being made in the consolidation of a territorial management model that links communities with executing entities, to promote operational efficiency and popular participation in solving structural problems.

Technical deployment will continue in other regions of the country depending on the reports received.
