CORPOELEC replaces 230 luminaires in Maracaibo

The National Electric Corporation (CORPOELEC) replaced and installed 230 luminaires and incorporated photovoltaic systems in light poles in the town of Santa Lucía in the state of Zulia. This is the plan for lighting express roads in the national territory carried out by the Bolivarian Government throughout the national territory.

In the parish of Santa Lucía, a festive and touristic place in Zulia, the lights were placed for the benefit of more than 30 thousand people. José Luis Betancourt, president of the electric corporation, explained that “in the state of Zulia, sectors of the parish of Santa Lucía have been served with the installation of 230 LED luminaires and 17 solar lamps.”

He stressed that “with these works we are illuminating streets and public spaces, benefiting and raising the quality of life of 31,800 people in the capital of the state Zulia.”
