CPNB detains four men with 583 kilograms of marijuana in Falcón state

Officials of the Bolivarian National Police Force (CPNB) arrested four undocumented men in the act of flagrante delicto who seized 583 kilograms of suspected marijuana in Falcón state.

The action took place in the Carirubana municipality when the uniformed personnel detained a rock type boat, as well as two outboard engines: one of 75 Hp and the other of 40 Hp, and seized the alleged drug distributed in 1,122 regular-sized packages. In addition to the illegal substance, officials withheld four cell phones and a GPS location device as well as 180 liters of fuel in eight drums with a capacity of 60 liters each.

The case was notified to the Public Prosecutor's Office, to undertake the relevant legal proceedings.
