CPNB Mérida apprehends subject with 21 crack wrappers

With regard to preventive patrolling, the Bolivarian National Police Force was able to apprehend a subject carrying 21 drug wrappers.

According to information issued by the Ministry of People's Power for Interior Relations, Justice and Peace, 'the commission spotted a subject with a suspicious attitude and, upon requesting his documentation, the citizen stated that he did not have an identity card”, so a body inspection was carried out.

“During the inspection, 21 wrappers of synthetic material containing presumed marijuana and a wrapper containing presumed crack were seized from him, hidden among his clothes.”

The detainee was immediately transferred to the Libertador Municipal Police Station, leaving the case under the order of the Public Ministry.
