Cultivators from Aragüeño take to the streets to promote prevention in the Road Culture Plan

With the active participation of the entity's leaders, the Aragua Government made official the expansion of the Road Culture Plan to the 18 municipalities of the entity. This was announced by the Secretary of Culture, Nicolás González, as part of the presentation of the schedule of recreational and educational activities for the end of 2026.

The road initiative, which began two weeks ago in the Girardot municipality, seeks to promote safety regulations on streets and avenues with the support of security forces. To this end, cultivators cover the spaces of pedestrian crossings (striped) at traffic lights and make drivers aware of the need not to wait for the change, the light impeding free passage.

“The plan is being deployed by the 18 municipalities with activities that seek to capture the eyes of our people to promote road safety regulations,” said González.

He also presented the program aimed at the leisure of the Aragüeña family for the coming months, which includes the Laugh Vacation Plan, the Productive Culture plan that encompasses the creation of salseros, horoperos and drummers on Saturdays, spaces where the meeting of cultivators generates favorable economic dynamics for the region and the preparation of more than 2,000 children and young people from bands in the state, who are rehearsing to achieve the biggest presentation in their style scheduled for the month of November (Guinness Record for Marching Bands).
