Venezuela comes from experiencing misfortune, so we must work, beyond any sector, on the reconstruction of the country to protect all the inhabitants of this land, said the president in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez.

“That is why, through the program of democratic coexistence and peace, we have called for the encounter, from different diversities, of Venezuelans. It has to be a political spirituality that should not summon. I trust in the spirit of the Venezuelan people,” he said during the closing of the International Colloquium “Homeland is America”; at the Teresa Carreño Theater, together with intellectuals and delegations from 12 Latin American nations.

In this sense, the Head of State called for “conquering spaces” to reach those sectors of the population that are tired of political extremes.

“We came from a misfortune and we have to rebuild. We must gain other spaces, those spaces of Venezuelan society that wants peace, tranquility and that believes in respect based on diversity. That large majority that may be tired of political extremes, is what we have a duty to reach them to preserve the integrity of Venezuela,” he stressed during the activity that took place within the framework of the commemoration of the Bicentennial of the Panamanian Amphictyonic Congress.
