Diosdado Cabello, general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), during his visit to the Chávez and Maduro communal circuit forever in Valera, Trujillo state, recognized the importance of regularizing communal circuits and converting them into formal communes.

“I called Minister Ángel Prado and asked him to come here, to the state of Trujillo, and he sits down with his brother governor to regulate all the Community Circuits so that they become communes,” he said at a Popular Assembly, where he learned about the Community Government Room as well as the agenda of actions for the community, according to their budgetary viability and priority.

He added that the most difficult thing is to get people to organize and work as a team, but in places where the community is organized it does not receive certification as a Commune even though it works as such.

“This is the opposite of everything, because if the People are organized and working as family, brothers and sisters, the paper is the least, but it is a requirement that must be met, so the Minister of Communes has already responded and said that he was coming here to work with the governor and all the governing bodies so that all the communal circuits that are in that situation become formal communes once and for all,” he said.
