Diosdado Cabello: There is no plan to return to trawling

This Tuesday, November 03, from the state of Sucre and in front of the fishing people, the general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, made the commitment that “it will never be considered - as long as the Bolivarian revolution is in place - that trawling will return”,

Cabello recognized the fishing village of that entity and expressed his joy at “seeing and seeing them here as fishermen and women from the Homeland”.

“There's no way that's coming back (...) That was a recognition to the humble fishing people and those areas will be respected. That is not proposed anywhere and we assume it as a commitment,” he said.

He noted that “that was one of the laws that generated the 2012 coup d'etat (...) The land law, the hydrocarbons law and the fishing law. Those were the laws that generated hate - well they're always full of hate.”
