Diosdado Cabello caught up with Miguel Henrique Otero's social media messages regarding his desire to return to the country to resume the printed edition of El Nacional, when it is known that he dismantled the machinery, fired journalists while profiting from the resale of paper rolls subsidized by the National Government.
