Directorate of Culture of San Cristóbal launches the program “See you in the square”

Through the Directorate of Culture, the mayor's office of the San Cristóbal municipality in the state of Táchira, launched the program “See you in the square”, to offer cultural, recreational and musical activities on Saturdays, in different squares and parks in this city.

In this regard, the mayor of the capital of Tachirense, Silfredo Zambrano, stressed that the program seeks to integrate the family and reconnect citizens with culture and traditions. “The idea is that people can connect with culture, with music, with traditions and that they can share with their families,” he said.

He also indicated that this plan will have a varied program in various squares and parks in San Cristóbal, including the squares: Aristides Garbiras, Ríos Reyna (Los Enanitos), María del Carmen Ramírez (Los Mangos), Plaza Bolívar and the Metropolitan Park.

He noted that the activities will vary and will include retreats, performances by puppeteers, music from different decades and other artistic expressions designed for all ages.
