This Tuesday, the president of the Court of Justice of Ecuador, Iván Saquicela Rodas, described as terrorism the explosive detonated near his home north of the capital of the South American country.

What happened yesterday in the country shows that this is not a common crime, but rather terrorist attacks. In my particular case, undoubtedly very concerned,” he pointed out while indicating that he ordered the respective investigations, RT reported.

It is worth noting that these series of violent events at different points have been generated after the decree of a state of emergency issued by the Ecuadorian Government this Monday with the objective of taking control of prisons, an action that has also generated mutiny among prisoners.

“The time is over when those convicted of drug trafficking, hired killings and organized crime dictated to the current Government what to do,” warned President Daniel Noboa in a speech transmitted through social networks.
