FANB apprehended a citizen for hate speech and carrying explosives in Barinas

Members of the National Armed Forces (FANB) arrested a citizen in Barinas for committing the crimes of hate speech and the illegal carrying of weapons and explosives, said the strategic operational commander of the FANB, G/J Domingo Hernández Lárez.

Through a message published in his X account, the senior military officer explained that the citizen, identified as Orlando Díaz Rivas, was dedicated to threatening milk producers and routers with burning their vehicles if they mobilized.

“The Venezuelan State fights daily against groups that generate violence that affect the peace and peace of the population and maintains its active deployment to exercise national sovereignty and territorial integrity in a democratic State of law and social justice,” said the senior military official.
