FONTUR holds a day to update the footprint and banking for car carriers

The Ministry of Popular Power for Transportation, through the National Urban Transport Fund Foundation (FONTUR), deployed this Tuesday, July 21, an institutional approach at the headquarters of the Carabobo Tiuna organization, located in the Coche parish of Caracas.
During the operation, the FONTUR team provided direct assistance to steering wheel professionals by updating fingerprints in the Patria system, a key mechanism for ensuring the allocation of subsidized fuel, accompanied by inspection and field supervision of transport units.
The activity was attended by the vice-president of the institution, Katiuska Aponte, who accompanied and supported the development of the deployment, which also included the strategic alliance of Bancamiga, according to the press release of the Ministry of People's Power for Transport.
The financial institution offered banking alternatives to drivers by opening bank accounts, credit options and insurance policies.
In addition, an informative talk was given to the attendees, aimed at the use of mobile devices and digital solutions for electronic ticket collection.
With these actions, the National Government, led by the president in charge, Delcy Rodríguez, reaffirms its commitment to dignify and modernize the transportation sector in the country, to promote quality service to passengers.
