Government of La Guaira and Mayor's Office of Vargas start Tourist Carnivals 2024

As part of the schedule for the La Guaira Tourist Carnival 2024, parish elections began this Monday on the Central Coast, specifically in Plaza Bolívar de El Junko, where Aleska Silva, mini queen and adult queen, Sivila Jaspe, was elected.

Locals and visitors enjoyed a great show with great joy and enthusiasm, who also invited them to visit the beaches, rivers, mountains, recreational spaces and all the benefits of La Guaira for this carnival season.

Sivila Jaspe, adult queen in 2024, stressed that she was very happy and thanked the Governor of the state of La Guaira, José Alejandro Terán and the Mayor of Vargas, José Manuel Suárez for organizing such a beautiful holiday, “we are encouraging more tourism, really come to La Guaira, a beautiful land”.

Marbelis Díaz, mother of the mini queen, said she was very grateful and highlighted the excellent organization of the first parish election.
This Tuesday Carayaca will be the scene of the election of the parish sovereigns; Wednesday 17th will be in Catia la Mar; Thursday 18th in Urimare.

The program continues on Friday 19th in Macuto Parish, Saturday 20th in Caraballeda, Monday 22nd in Naiguatá and Tuesday 23rd in Caruao.

The last parishes to choose their sovereigns will be Carlos Soublette on Wednesday 24; Maiquetía on Thursday 25 and culminate in La Guaira on Friday, January 26.
