The President of the National Assembly (AN), deputy Jorge Rodríguez, in Zaraza, Guárico state, emphasized the need to hold sectoral tables between government authorities and agricultural and livestock producers to determine bank financing deadlines.
“I think it is necessary to seat the authorities of the Ministry of Economy together with agricultural and livestock producers in a sectoral way to define the deadlines for bank financing,” said Rodríguez, in a meeting with representatives of companies, peasants and community members as part of the national pilgrimage for the lifting of sanctions.
He urged the sector vice president of Public Works and Services, Juan José Ramírez, to establish immediate communication with the Venezuelan public bank to move to the state of Guárico and proceed to grant credits and incentives.
He also stressed the importance of financial institutions engaging directly with peasants, community members and community members, strengthening Popular Power, and supporting productive development in communities.
In legislative matters, the deputy reiterated the need to update the Livestock Sector Act where fair penalties can be established for cattle theft, so he announced the prompt approval of the new sectoral legal instrument.
For their part, the members of the livestock sector of the Guárico state highlighted the great agricultural potential that the region has.
They also pointed out that the entity maintains a perfect union between the productive sector and the Popular Power, which strengthens joint work and the development of the countryside.
