The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, reported that the electricity service in Cumanacoa, Sucre state, has been restored at 100%.
This was stated after an inspection of areas affected by the rains in the said sector, where he explained that the electricity service was restored within 48 hours, while the water service is in recovery, in a context in which the intakes of the vital liquid are completely destroyed.
On the subject of food, through the Local Supply and Production Committees (CLAP), the head of state instructed me to maintain the Special Plan for Food Saturation in Cumanacoa.
“That's why these experiences of confronting situations like these and demonstrating that military power serves the people and that popular power is integrated are so important,” he said.
