The governor of the state of Miranda, Héctor Rodríguez, commented this Wednesday on his experience of working alongside the Supreme Leader of the Bolivarian Revolution, Commander Hugo Chávez, first occupying the position of minister of the Office of the Presidency, when he was just 26 years old.

“The one who grabbed me was a teacher Chávez, who taught me, educated me, started me to read,” Rodríguez said during his participation in episode number 5 of the Podcast of the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, broadcast on his YouTube channel.

In his conversation with the head of state, Rodríguez recalled the international tours they shared with Commander Chávez and all the learning acquired about global geopolitics and the importance of strategic cooperation with sister countries.

“I didn 't do anything at the university, my school was to have Chávez and Nicolás (...) Every day at a level of study and reflection,” said the Governor.
