Instituto Municipal de Turismo de Caracas opens registration for operator training process

From March 9 to 20, the Municipal Tourism Institute of Caracas will register registrations to join the third cohort of the Caracas Tourism Brigade.

The call seeks to add new volunteers to the body of promoters responsible for boosting the potential of the 22 parishes of the Libertador municipality and consolidating the capital as a national reference destination, according to a note from the institute.

This initiative, created in 2024, has so far trained more than 300 promoters through training cycles in specialized areas of care and guidance. Citizens interested in participating in this service program may submit their requests during the period established by the Mayor's Office of Caracas.

The central mission of this body of volunteers is to accelerate the urban and tourist transformation of the municipality, ensuring that visitors have qualified support during their tour of the historic and recreational points of the capital.
