The National Institute of Land Transportation (INTT) began work to demarcate pedestrian crossings on Urdaneta Avenue in Greater Caracas, according to information issued by the Ministry of People's Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace (MPPRIJP).

In this regard, it became known that the work covers 2.5 rehabilitated kilometers, from the intersection of San Fidel Street (Torre BFC), to the intersection of Avenida Norte 8 (corner of Bolero).

These actions are part of the 2025 Execution Plan, promoted by the General Engineering Management, with the objective of improving road infrastructure conditions throughout the country.

“The work is being carried out to provide well-defined spaces for pedestrians that contribute to conscious and responsible movement through the streets, since they are the most vulnerable group in the road system, ” reported the MPPRIJP.
