Jorge Arreaza: Participating in the Popular Consultation is choosing the right to life

The rector of the National University of the Communes (UNACOM), Jorge Arreaza, assured that participating in the National Popular Consultation is choosing the right to life.

‎Desde the Amalia Pellín Bolivarian Educational Unit, located in the parish of January 23, Caracas, highlighted the intention of the President in charge, Delcy Rodríguez, to protect the people, who the first thing she did “was to set a date for the National Popular Consultation”.

‎Asimismo, invited all Venezuelans to vote “for one of the seven projects developed by the community itself in accordance with its Concrete Agenda for Action.”

‎ “Each project is aimed at strengthening community transformations with the financial support provided by the national Government to the Communes and Communal Circuits,” he said.
