Juan José Ramírez takes over as new head of the 1×10 System of Good Governance

The president in charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, appointed the sectoral vice-president of Public Works and Services, Juan José Ramírez, as the new head of the 1×10 System of Good Governance.
Through her Telegram channel, the president in charge indicated that Ramírez will aim to “strengthen direct attention to the requests of the people in their communities.”
Juan José Ramírez is the current Minister of the People's Power of Public Works and sector vice-president of Public Works and Services. He was appointed to this last position in March 2026 by the president in charge Delcy Rodríguez, with the objective of strengthening the country's infrastructure and basic services.
