La Guaira activated the Integral Defense Organ to guarantee security and peace

In the state of La Guaira, the Integral Defense Management Body (ODDI) was permanently activated, in addition to a strategic articulation for the defense of sovereignty and the consolidation of combat bodies.

“Under the leadership of our governor José Alejandro Terán, and in compliance with Decree 190-2025, we continue to strengthen the civic-military-police union to guarantee peace in every corner of our state,” the Bolivarian government reported on its social networks.

The announcement was made after the presentation to the Legislative Council of the state of La Guaira of the memory and an account of the achievements and victories 2025, at an event held in the Chamber of Bolívar Chávez Square in La Guaira.

According to the official publication, the presentation was made by authorities of the Sectorial Secretariat for the Transformation of Integral Defense, in a ceremony that complied with the provisions of the Organic Law of Legislative Councils.

The Integral Defense Management Body (ODDI) in La Guaira is a civic-military-police structure aimed at guaranteeing the defense, sovereignty, peace and stability of the state. It is integrated by Popular Power with the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) and police forces under the Bolivarian Doctrine, acting to protect and manage the territory.
