Metro Los Teques restores commercial service after overcoming contingency due to heavy rains

The Los Teques Metro system announced the total restoration of its commercial service in the stretch between the Independencia and Las Adjuntas stations in both directions, after overcoming the operational contingencies caused by the heavy rainfall recorded during Saturday, August 22 and Sunday, August 23.

The state company, attached to the Ministry of People's Power for Transport, through a statement published on its social networks, confirmed that the roads and operating systems are operating with absolute normality.

The letter urges passengers to remain attentive to the instructions and announcements issued by the operational personnel deployed at the stations.

The company also reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining efficient and continuous mobility for the community in the face of adverse weather events.
