The Bolivarian Government, through the Ministry of Popular Water Power (MINAGUAS), is carrying out comprehensive rehabilitation of the pumping system of the Bozugo 1 well, located on the western axis of the state of Falcón, specifically in the Buchivacoa municipality.

A commission from the governing body carried out the technical inspection on site to evaluate the progress of the work that will guarantee access to drinking water, managing to directly serve 570 families in the Bariro Socialist Commune and its surrounding sectors.

During the tour, the authorities noted the progress of the planned activities, which include the installation of a 25 HP, 440 volt submersible equipment and a 10 liter per second pump with a height of 150 meters of water column (MCA), as well as the installation of the weather panel and electrical components.

The tasks also include general maintenance of the well, the application of paint to internal and external walls of the infrastructure, plus internal and external lighting to ensure the operational safety of the installation.

Additionally, paint is applied to the storage tank, which contributes to the preservation of the structure and water quality.

With these actions, MINAGUAS reinforces its commitment to communities, improving the quality of life of the region's inhabitants and consolidating public service as a fundamental right.
